Terms of Service

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use TBR Soon. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you may use the service only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

Your account

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, safeguarding your password, and all activity under your account. Notify us at tbrsoontbr@gmail.com if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Acceptable use

You may use TBR Soon for lawful personal use. You may not interfere with the service, bypass security, access another person’s account, introduce harmful code, scrape the service at an unreasonable rate, misuse imported information, or use TBR Soon to violate another person’s rights or applicable law.

Your content

You keep ownership of the notes, reviews, recaps, and other original content you enter. You grant TBR Soon a limited, nonexclusive license to store, process, reproduce, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, back up, and provide the service or a sharing feature you choose to use.

You are responsible for content you add and for making sure you have the right to use it. Do not add unlawful content or content that infringes another person’s rights.

Book information and third-party services

TBR Soon may display book or audiobook information obtained from links you provide or from third-party sources. Release dates, titles, cover images, authors, narrators, availability, prices, and other details may be incomplete, delayed, or changed by publishers and retailers. You should verify important information with the publisher or retailer.

Amazon, Audible, Apple Books, Barnes & Noble, NOOK, Goodreads, and other names belong to their respective owners. TBR Soon is an independent service and is not endorsed by or affiliated with Amazon, Audible, Apple, Barnes & Noble, Goodreads, publishers, authors, or narrators unless expressly stated.

Affiliate links and advertising

TBR Soon does not currently use paid affiliate links or display advertising. If that changes, qualifying links or sponsored material will be clearly identified and the Privacy Policy will be updated as appropriate.

Service availability and changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue part or all of TBR Soon. We work to keep the service available and accurate, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, permanent storage, or that every feature will always remain available. Use the backup feature periodically if you want an additional copy of your saved information.

Termination

You may stop using TBR Soon at any time and may request account deletion by email. We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address unlawful activity, abuse, security risks, or material violations of these Terms.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

TBR Soon is provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties not expressly provided in these Terms. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TBR Soon and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost data, missed releases, purchases made from third parties, or reliance on inaccurate third-party information. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the service changes. The effective date at the top will be revised when changes take effect. Continued use after updated Terms take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
